• This product requires double confirmation. Upon successful payment, we will submit the booking request and package arrangement to the hotel. A confirmation email will be sent within 3 working days. Final confirmation is subject to the hotel's approval. If the hotel cannot confirm the reservation, a full refund will be issued.

• Please provide the exact name as shown on a valid identification document (ID/passport) when booking. Once confirmed, no changes can be made to the name.

• This product is priced per room.

• All rooms are limited in availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The actual room type will be assigned by the hotel at check-in. For any special requests, please contact your travel consultant in advance.

• If you plan to check in after 6:00 PM, please notify the hotel in advance. Curfew is at 12:00 AM (midnight).

• Children aged 3 and above are considered as adults. For infants aged 2 and under, please contact the hotel in advance regarding meal plans, bedding, etc.

• The hotel reserves the right to adjust or suspend facilities, experiences, or dining services to comply with government health and safety regulations.

• Guests must carry their room key at all times to ensure the safety of their personal belongings.

• Drug use, excessive drinking, gambling, loud behavior, disturbances, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to terminate your stay and seek compensation for any violations.

• These Terms & Conditions are available in English and other languages. In case of any discrepancy or conflict, the English version shall prevail.

• In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision on the dispute and any matters relating to this promotion.

• These Terms & Conditions constitute the agreement between the company and the guest using this promotion. Any person who is not a party to the agreement shall not have any right to enforce any terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
