Reservation Notes

Minimum Group Size:
A minimum of 4 participants is required for the tour to operate. If the minimum number is not met, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification will be sent 4 days before departure.

Weather Cancellations:
In case of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision regarding cancellation will be made by 6:00 PM (local time) one day prior to departure. Participants will be informed via email accordingly.

Punctuality Required:
Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.

Force Majeure Disclaimer:
The company is not responsible for tour disruptions or poor photo conditions due to weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable factors. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.

Schedule Adjustments:
The itinerary or duration of stops at attractions may be adjusted due to traffic, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

No Refunds for Early Withdrawal:
If a participant chooses to leave the tour midway due to personal reasons, no refunds will be issued.

No Mid-Route Join/Change:
Please arrive at the exact meeting point and time. Midway joining or changing departure points is not permitted. Participants who miss the departure due to personal reasons will bear the full responsibility and loss.

Vehicle Arrangement:
Vehicles are arranged according to group size. For smaller groups, the driver may also serve as the guide. No additional tour leader will be provided—thank you for your understanding.

Unforeseen Termination:
If the tour is forced to end due to weather or natural disasters after departure, refunds will be processed for the unused portion of the trip, based on actual costs. Any additional costs such as return transport or accommodation must be borne by the participant.

Onboard Etiquette:
Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited on the bus. Cleaning fees will be charged for any violations. Thank you for your cooperation.

Fireworks Event Notice:
The fireworks display will proceed regardless of rain or shine. However, it may be cancelled if wind conditions are unstable.
If the fireworks are cancelled, the stay at the hot spring street will be extended. Guests can enjoy a hot spring bath (at their own expense). No refunds or rescheduling in this case.

Children Policy:
Infants aged 0–3 not occupying a seat can join for free. However, child safety seats are not provided.

Confirmation Details
