Directly connected to Sapporo Station, the JR Tower Observation Room T38, located on the 38th floor of JR Tower, offers a 360-degree view from a height of 160 meters. Enjoy the blend of urban and natural scenery during the day, and the dazzling city lights at night.Inside the observation room, "T’CAFE" serves as a café during the day and a bar in the evening, allowing you to relax while taking in the views. "T’SHOP" offers a variety of original T38 merchandise as well as souvenirs representative of Hokkaido.

Admission is not available on these dates.
