Special Reminder: Guests can only enter the park on the pre-selected entry date. Visitors are required to bring and present the original identity document used to purchase the ticket and the ticket voucher to enter the park through the main entrance.

Notes for Park Entry

* This product can only be used on the selected date.

* This product cannot be tampered with, copied, transferred, resold or used for any commercial purposes. This product can only be used by the person himself/herself who is bound with a valid ID card. If the purchaser is found to use this product for commercial purposes, LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort reserves the right to cancel the use of this product at any time without refund or compensation, and reserves the right to pursue the relevant legal responsibility.

* Product Refund Policy: Products are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

* Change Policy: Visitors may apply to change the arrival date of the designated day ticket once before 23:59 three days prior to the original arrival date. The following conditions must be met at the same time: there are still available tickets on the new designated arrival date, the new ticket must be of equal value to the original ticket, and the change cannot be made across different ticket types.

* Ticket Free Policy: Visitors under 2 years old on the day of visit can enjoy free admission to the park. Valid identification documents must be presented upon entry to verify that the age requirement for free admission has been met.

* Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by visitors aged 16 (inclusive) and above.

* Disabled guests must present a valid disabled person's ID issued by the government or an official organisation, and purchase an exclusive ticket at the ticket office of LEGOLAND Theme Park Shanghai on the day of play, which can only be used by the person with the ID.

* This product cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts or promotions, and is not valid for separately ticketed events or VIP experiences.

* Users of this product are solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by intent or negligence.

* In the event of extreme weather (e.g. rain, snow, hail, lightning, sandstorms, etc.), air pollution or other force majeure factors, or due to park capacity, health and safety needs, special events, etc., LEGOLAND SHANGHAI Resort and Spa may partially or completely close or adjust its operations temporarily without prior notice. Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, Shanghai LEGOLAND Resort shall not be liable for the same.

* In order to protect the safety of the park and the order of the park, if the user of this product violates the ‘Notice to Visitors of Shanghai LEGOLAND Theme Park’, the Terms and Conditions, or relevant laws and regulations, Shanghai LEGOLAND Resort has the right to refuse to provide the service, refuse to enter the park, or require the user to leave the park immediately.
