• The tour price includes tips for the local driver and guide, all admission fees listed in the itinerary, and round-trip transportation.

• The minimum number of participants per group is 6, and the maximum group size is 42.

• If you wish to depart as a private group without meeting the minimum number of participants, additional charges will apply.

Reservation Notes

Minimum Number of Participants:
The tour requires a minimum of 6 participants to operate. If the minimum number is not met, the tour will be canceled and a cancellation email will be sent 3 days prior to departure.

Weather Policy:
The tour will proceed as scheduled in case of light rain. However, in the event of natural disasters or severe weather conditions that prevent departure, you may choose to reschedule for free or receive a full refund.

Punctuality:
Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance.
Late arrivals will not be waited for to avoid delays to the itinerary.
If you are late due to personal reasons, no refund will be given.

Onboard Conduct:
Eating, drinking alcohol, and loud conversations are not allowed on the bus.

Transportation Delays:
If you are unable to join the tour due to traffic delays, it will be considered a voluntary cancellation and no refund will be provided.

Mid-Tour Withdrawal:
No refunds will be issued for participants who leave the tour midway due to personal reasons.

Changes in Itinerary:
The itinerary is subject to change based on local conditions. If certain attractions are closed or under safety inspection, no compensation or refund will be provided.

Age Restriction for Water Activities:
This tour includes water activities that carry a certain level of risk.
Only participants aged 17 and above are allowed to join.

Insurance Notice:
This tour does not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve inherent risks.
Guests are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and capabilities.
In case of accidents or injuries caused by unforeseeable or force majeure events, the company assumes no liability.
