• The Jjimjilbang Admission Ticket is valid only for sauna use. To access the Hanam Water Park or Goyang Rooftop Pool, please purchase a corresponding ticket plan.

• This ticket is for adults aged 12 and above. For children's tickets, please purchase them on-site.

• Children under 3 years old may enter free of charge. Passport required for age verification.

• Basic admission is valid for 6 hours. If additional facility tickets are purchased, the stay is extended to 12 hours.

• Overtime fee: KRW 5,000 per hour, payable on-site.

📍 Usage Policy

• This voucher is valid for one location only: Aquafield Hanam, Goyang, or Anseong. It cannot be used at other branches, and duplicate use is not allowed.

• The Jjimjilbang (Korean sauna) admission ticket only grants access to jjimjilbang facilities. If you wish to use the Goyang Rooftop Pool or Hanam Water Park, please book a plan that includes a water park ticket.

• This ticket is for adults aged 12 and above. For children's tickets, please purchase them on-site.

• Children under 3 years old may enter for free. Please present a passport for age verification at the ticket counter.

• A standalone jjimjilbang ticket allows for 6 hours of entry. If additional facility usage is purchased, the total stay is extended to 12 hours. Overtime fees apply at KRW 5,000 per hour beyond the allowed time.

• Mobile phones are not allowed in locker rooms or sauna areas. Photography, video recording, and video calls are strictly prohibited.

• Before entering the bathhouse (sauna), guests must shower and swimwear is not allowed inside the bath.

• Please activate your shoe locker within 20 minutes of entry. Otherwise, the locker will automatically lock.

• Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the facility. Upon exit, please return your key at the front desk and settle any additional charges incurred inside.

• The key functions as a payment device. If lost, please immediately inform staff. The shoe locker also requires the key for access—please keep it safe.

• For a better guest experience, entry may be restricted during peak hours if the facility is full.

• Tickets are strictly valid only at Hanam, Goyang, or Anseong branches. Entry will be denied at other locations, and no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be issued as a result.

• No outside food is allowed inside the venue.

• The bathhouse area is gender-separated. Only children under 5 years old (under 60 months) may accompany a parent of the opposite gender, with valid age verification documents required.

• Guests with tattoos of any size are allowed to enter.

• To enjoy full facility access, we recommend entering the jjimjilbang before 21:00.

• Last admission for jjimjilbang: 21:30

• Swimsuits are required to access the water park.

• ⚠️ Outdoor water parks at all branches are closed from April 11 (Fri) to April 30 (Thu).
