Reservation Notes

• Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance. Late arrivals will not be waited for, and no refunds will be provided.

• The itinerary is for reference only and may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If certain attractions or facilities cannot be visited on the day, no partial refund will be issued.

• Buses will not stop at designated pick-up points if no passengers are scheduled to board there. If you wish to change your boarding point, please contact us by 6:00 PM the day before the tour.

• This tour does not include a guide. A tour assistant will accompany and lead the group.

• Delays in arrival at meeting points may occur due to traffic conditions.

• Large items such as suitcases cannot be brought onboard, and no storage services are available.

• Items like suitcases and strollers can be stored in the luggage compartment under the bus. Please inform the staff in advance if you wish to store such items. Valuables cannot be stored and should be carried with you at all times.

• If the tour is canceled due to not meeting the minimum number of participants, the organizing company will be responsible for informing all affected participants and arranging schedule changes, route adjustments, or full refunds.

• Please note that starting from October, some attraction stops and arrival times may be adjusted. Kindly stay updated.

After successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Please check your inbox promptly.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, a cancellation notice will be sent 4 days before departure.
