— Dolphin Interaction Rules & Guidelines —

• Feeding and touching the dolphins are only allowed under supervision.

• Photos and videos are limited to one person per session; professional cameras are not allowed.

• Please avoid loud noises and remove all jewelry before interaction.

• Sunscreen, food, and drinks are not allowed near the dolphin habitat.

• Children must be supervised at all times and follow staff instructions.

• Only guests with valid admission tickets are allowed to enter.

• Personal belongings must be placed on the designated table.

• Bali Exotic Marine Park is not responsible for any lost items.

• Bali Exotic Marine Park reserves the right to adjust the daily schedule in the best interest of animal welfare and/or weather conditions.

• Guests with disabilities must be accompanied by a guardian. Please contact us in advance for better assistance.

• Infants under 1 year old may enter the park free of charge, but cannot participate in any activities.

• Children aged 2–5 must be accompanied by an adult guardian participating in the same program.

• For children aged 6–11, an adult guardian is required to join the same program.

• Pregnant women and/or women on their menstrual cycle may not participate in the Explorer Program, but are welcome to join other available programs.

• Bali Exotic Marine Park provides public liability insurance for guests aged 4 to 70.

• For safety reasons, non-swimming programs are recommended for young children and elderly guests.

• All guests must comply with swimwear policies and animal welfare guidelines.

• Guests must arrive on time for their selected session.

• Only smartphone cameras are permitted.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult participating in the same program.

• If you have any physical disabilities, autism, or other mental health conditions, please notify us in advance.

• Pregnant women and women on their menstrual cycle are not allowed to participate in the Explorer Program, but may join other available programs.

• Guests with physical or mental disabilities must be accompanied by an adult holding the same ticket.
