Step 1
Please register at any of the following JR stations to collect the required materials:

• JR Yonago Station – Yonago International Tourist Information Center

• JR Kurayoshi Station – Tourist Information Center inside the station

• JR Tottori Station – Tottori City Tourist Information Center

• Show your QR code to receive the Tottori Unlimited Ride Pass (valid for 3 days)

• Mystery-solving sheet (includes challenge descriptions, hints, keyword entry spaces, stamp collection area)

• Special badge collection case

Step 2
Visit the following three locations to take on mystery-solving challenges.

Includes:

• Sanyo Shinkansen (Shin-Osaka ⇔ Okayama, reserved seats)

Redemption Process:

• Purchase JR Pass e-ticket on the website and print it on white A4 paper

• Present the printout along with your passport at a designated exchange location in Japan

• Redemption counters may adjust operating hours—please confirm before travel

• After receiving the pass, show it at staffed ticket gates to board JR trains

• Voucher is valid for 90 days after order confirmation

• JR Pass is for personal use only and must match the passport name

Important Notes:

• One ticket per person per facility. Each ticket valid for single entry per facility.

• Valid for 3 days from first use.

• No partial refunds or changes allowed once ticket is used.

• Facility A (Gosho Aoyama Manga Factory) is excluded from the event from August 9 to August 17.

• Choose either Flower Park or Sand Museum for location C (only one entry allowed).

Eligibility for Purchase:

• Must hold a passport issued outside Japan

• Must be a traveler with "Temporary Visitor" status permitted under Japan’s Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Exchange Order / E-Ticket):

• Japan Rail Passes that have not been exchanged or used are eligible for a refund within 11 months from the purchase date

• A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the selling price, plus a HK$100 service fee

• No refund or reissue will be made in the following cases:

  • Exchange order is lost, stolen, or damaged

  • Exchange order has been redeemed for a physical pass and used partially

• No refunds or extensions will be provided due to local train delays, suspension of service, or other issues

• Costs incurred due to such delays (e.g., accommodation, meals, transport) will not be compensated

• Decisions made by Professional Travel e-Commerce Ltd. are final

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Physical Pass):

• No changes or refunds allowed for physical passes

• No refund or reissue for lost, stolen, damaged, or partially used passes

• No compensation for delays or service interruptions

• Travel expenses due to such delays will not be covered

Important Notes:

• Children under 1 year old ride for free

• Child fares apply to ages 6–11

• Adult fares apply to age 12 and above

• Each adult pass holder may accompany up to 2 children (ages 1–5) for free (no reserved seat)

  • A Child Pass is required for a third child

• If a child occupies a reserved seat or travels alone, a Child Pass is required

• Pass is non-transferable and must only be used by the designated holder

• Pass users must carry a passport and present it when requested by JR staff

• Usage terms are governed by JR Japan’s transportation regulations and Japanese law
