How to Play:

Step 1: Register & Collect Materials
Please visit any of the following stations to check in and collect your game materials:

• JR Yonago Station – Yonago International Tourism Information Center

• JR Kurayoshi Station – In-station Tourist Information Center

• JR Tottori Station – Tottori City Tourist Information Center

Items to Receive:

• Present your QR code to receive a Tottori Unlimited Ride Pass (valid for 3 days)

• Mystery-solving sheet (includes challenge descriptions, hints, keyword entry fields, and stamp spaces)

• Badge collection case

Step 2: Complete Challenges at 3 Designated Locations

Once you’ve completed all three challenges and collected all keywords, go to one of the following locations to solve the final puzzle:

1. Once booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your booking code.

2. Present the booking code (or QR code) and your non-Japanese passport at a designated ticket machine to exchange for your rail pass.

Eligibility for Purchase:

• Must hold a passport issued outside Japan

• Must be a traveler with "Temporary Visitor" status permitted under Japan’s Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Exchange Order / E-Ticket):

• Japan Rail Passes that have not been exchanged or used are eligible for a refund within 11 months from the purchase date

• A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the selling price, plus a HK$100 service fee

• No refund or reissue will be made in the following cases:

  • Exchange order is lost, stolen, or damaged

  • Exchange order has been redeemed for a physical pass and used partially

• No refunds or extensions will be provided due to local train delays, suspension of service, or other issues

• Costs incurred due to such delays (e.g., accommodation, meals, transport) will not be compensated

• Decisions made by Professional Travel e-Commerce Ltd. are final

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Physical Pass):

• No changes or refunds allowed for physical passes

• No refund or reissue for lost, stolen, damaged, or partially used passes

• No compensation for delays or service interruptions

• Travel expenses due to such delays will not be covered

• Children under 1 year old ride for free

• Child fares apply to ages 6–11

• Adult fares apply to age 12 and above

• Each adult pass holder may accompany up to 2 children (ages 1–5) for free (no reserved seat)

  • A Child Pass is required for a third child

• If a child occupies a reserved seat or travels alone, a Child Pass is required

• Pass is non-transferable and must only be used by the designated holder

• Pass users must carry a passport and present it when requested by JR staff

• Usage terms are governed by JR Japan’s transportation regulations and Japanese law

• Exchange order terms follow the rules and contracts of the issuing company
