Outskirt Area Surcharge
An additional IDR 150,000 will be charged for pick-up/drop-off services outside the following areas: Kintamani, Candidasa, Lovina, Sidemen, Bedugul, Pemuteran, and other unspecified regions. This fee must be paid directly to the driver on-site.

If your pick-up and drop-off locations are in the same area, no surcharge will apply.
Example: Kuta pick-up and Nusa Dua drop-off are within the service range, so no extra fee will be charged. However, a surcharge of IDR 150,000 applies for areas outside the mentioned zones.

Reservation Notes

• Not allowed: Sleeveless shirts.

• Please provide your hotel name and full address when making the reservation.

• If your visit coincides with the closure of Lempuyang, the visit to the Gates of Heaven will be replaced by Taman Ujung Sukasada. Please take note.

• Be prepared to swim, climb stairs, hike, walk along rocky paths, and cross shallow streams.

• Please note that due to ceremonial events, photography may be temporarily prohibited at Lempuyang Temple.

• Currently, photography at the Gates of Heaven is not permitted, but visitors are still welcome to enter and explore the temple.

• For the drone add-on option, a professional drone pilot will accompany and follow your tour. You will receive a 3–4 minute high-quality edited video via email within 24 hours after the tour.

• For pick-up service, it is recommended to depart as early as possible to avoid road congestion and long lines at the temple, especially during peak season (April to September).
