• Pregnant women and individuals with high blood pressure are advised not to participate.

• Children are defined as ages 3–12. Participants 12 and above will be charged at the adult rate.

• The available sessions are 07:00, 07:30, 08:00, 08:30, 09:00, 09:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 13:00, 13:30, 14:00, 14:30, 15:00. Please inform us of the session number when booking.

• Insurance coverage is provided for:

  • Ages 1–70 for general island activities

  • Ages 7–65 for activities such as trekking, hiking, cycling, and camping
    We strongly recommend that all participants purchase their own travel insurance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

• Hotel pick-up and drop-off is included. Please provide your hotel name and location when booking.
  Pick-up areas: Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Ubud, Denpasar, and Sanur

• Additional transfer fee: For pick-ups outside standard zones, an extra IDR 150,000 will be charged per person for locations such as Kintamani, Candidasa, Lovina, Sidemen, Bedugul, Pemuteran, and other areas not listed above.
