Booking Notes

• Not suitable for individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, fear of heights, asthma, epilepsy, or pregnant women.

• No advance booking required. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in and safety instructions.

• It is recommended to wear comfortable sports shoes during the activity. Shoe rental is available on-site for THB 50.

• Refund requests due to weather conditions must be submitted within 3 days after the scheduled activity date. If inclement weather prevents participation and a refund is requested within this 3-day window, the supplier will evaluate the situation and proceed accordingly.

• Tickets must be used on the booked date and within operating hours; expired tickets are invalid.
