• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance. Late arrivals or no-shows will not be waited for, and no refunds will be given.

• For Line/Wechat, please allow friend invitations and accept messages from strangers, and ensure your ID is correct. The company is not responsible for any issues or refunds caused by incorrect contact information.

Pricing Notes

• The tour fee includes local driver/guide tips, accommodation, admission fees, some meals, and round-trip transportation.

• The minimum group size is 10 people. If the group is smaller and you wish to proceed as a private tour, additional fees may apply.

• Single travelers must pay a single room supplement.

• Minimum equipment sizes: SKI 17cm, SNOWBOARD 21cm. Children under 3 must check on-site if equipment fits; if suitable, payment is made on-site.

• Children aged 3 and above are charged at adult price; children under 36 months are free (free children will not be provided with a bed, meals, bus seat, or admission tickets).

Travel Notes

• The itinerary is generally not affected by rain. In the event of natural disasters preventing departure, free rescheduling or a full refund will be provided.

• Entry to the ski resort requires ski clothing and equipment; non-skiers and free children must wait outside the slope.

• Each ski instructor is responsible for at least 10 students.

3. Children aged 3 and above are charged at adult price; children under 36 months are free (free children will not be provided with a bed, meals, bus seat, or admission tickets).

4. Single travelers need to pay a single room supplement.

6. Ski resort entry requires wearing ski clothing and equipment; non-skiers and free children must wait outside the slope.

7. Each ski instructor will take at least 10 students (10 or more for single board or ski).

8. Room arrangement (room type cannot be specified, arranged on the day of check-in):

   • 3 persons: 1 standard room

   • 4 persons: 1 standard pavilion room or 2 standard rooms

   • 5 persons: 2 standard rooms

   • 6 persons: 1 standard pavilion room + 1 standard room

9. Travel insurance is not included. The company will not be responsible for accidents or damages caused by force majeure; it is strongly recommended to purchase insurance in advance.

10. Itinerary may be adjusted according to local conditions. The company is not responsible for temporary closures or security checks at attractions and will not provide refunds.

Confirmation Details

• This product requires two confirmations. After successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.

• If the minimum number of participants is not met, a cancellation notice will be sent 5 days before departure.

How to Use

• Please present a printed voucher or an electronic voucher on your mobile when participating in the activity.
