• Redemption Method: Must be exchanged at designated stations using dedicated machines (specific instructions are provided in the confirmation voucher PDF).

• Participation Restrictions: This pass cannot be resold; resale will invalidate it.

• Required Items: The QR code on the exchange voucher must be presented for redemption.

• How to Use:

  1. Exchange your voucher for a paper ticket. Bring the "exchange voucher with QR code" to the tourist-exclusive ticket machines at major Tokyo Metro/Toei Subway stations to obtain the "Tokyo Subway Pass."

  2. Check the attached file for redemption locations and methods.

  3. You can also exchange it at Tokyo Metro station offices (excluding Hibiya Line Kitasenju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishifunabashi, Yoyogi-Uehara, Wakoshi, as well as Hanzomon Line/Fukutoshin Line Shibuya Station and Meguro Station).

  4. If your starting station does not have a tourist-exclusive ticket machine or the station office cannot process the exchange, staff will direct you to the nearest available station. Feel free to ask station staff for assistance.

• How to Redeem:
  Present your mobile e-ticket: Exchange it at any Tokyo Metro/Toei Subway station with a redemption machine using the specified method.
  Please check the "Product Information" in advance to confirm redeemable stations and redemption procedures.

Important Notes:

• Adult: 12 years and older; Child: 6–11 years old.

• The exchange voucher cannot be used directly for travel—it must be exchanged for a physical ticket at the tourist-exclusive ticket machines in major Tokyo Metro/Toei Subway stations.

• The physical ticket allows unlimited rides on all Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines.

• The valid usage period will be printed on the physical ticket.

• When passing through ticket gates, the expiration time will be printed on the ticket.

• You may enter the station as long as it is within the ticket’s validity period. Even if the validity expires during your ride, you can still exit the station.

• If the pass is not used within the printed validity period, it will become invalid.

Booking Confirmation Details:

• This product requires double confirmation. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email and usage voucher within 48 hours. Please check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) promptly.

• If you do not receive the email within the specified time, please contact our travel advisors via email or call +852 2152-3599 during office hours.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy:

• No refunds or changes are allowed once the booking is confirmed.
