Located in the western mountains of Sapporo City, Hokkaido, Teine is a convenient and well-equipped mid-sized ski resort that once hosted the Winter Olympics. Just 30 minutes by car from downtown Sapporo, it is the perfect choice for travelers with limited time or families traveling with children.

The resort is divided into two areas: the Highland Zone and the Olympia Zone, offering multiple wide, gentle green slopes ideal for beginners. 📍 Meeting Point: JR Sapporo Station North Exit, Bus Stop #3 (with shelter).
Our staff/instructor will guide you to board the exclusive shuttle bus.

Reservation Notes

• In the event of delays or cancellations of certain itinerary stops due to uncontrollable factors such as traffic or weather, please contact customer service, and we will arrange a partial refund.

• In case of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, the decision to cancel the tour will be made one day prior to departure (local time 15:00). Notifications will then be sent via email.

• The following participants are not recommended to join: those with heart disease, epilepsy, pregnant women, high blood pressure, acrophobia, or asthma.

• Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance. Latecomers will not be waited for.

• The coach departs on time. If you miss the departure due to personal reasons, it will be regarded as voluntary withdrawal, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

• Ski lesson content may be adjusted according to participants’ learning progress.

• During free time, please pay attention to your safety and assess your abilities. We do not recommend entering intermediate or advanced ski slopes.

• Restaurants in the ski resort may not provide vegetarian meals. Guests with special dietary requirements are advised to prepare their own meals.

• Since the winter temperature in Hokkaido can be very low, please bring warm clothing and a hat.

• Skiing is an outdoor activity. Please evaluate your own health before participation. Guests with a history of major surgery or bone fractures are not recommended to participate. If you choose to join, you are responsible for your own safety. In case of an accident due to uncontrollable factors, please contact staff immediately.

• The itinerary is for reference only. In the event of delays or changes due to traffic or weather, please follow on-site instructions from the instructor. If certain attractions are canceled, please contact customer service for partial refund arrangements.

• Guests aged 60 and above are required to sign a waiver. If not, lessons and refunds cannot be arranged.

• Each participant may bring only one small carry-on bag that can be placed on the lap.

• This is a group tour. If you do not participate in or leave the group on your own, it will be considered as voluntarily forfeiting group lessons, lift tickets, or magic carpet tickets. No refund or rescheduling will be arranged.

• Guests on the standard package must prepare their own professional ski clothing (ski jacket and pants). Please do not wear inappropriate clothing (e.g., down jackets, jeans, cotton trousers), as these may cause discomfort or higher risk of injury. Any issues caused by improper clothing will be the guest’s own responsibility.

• To ensure comfort, ski clothing rental sizes are limited. For guests weighing over 100 kg, we recommend bringing your own suitable equipment to ensure a safe and comfortable skiing experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
