Booking Notes

• Minimum Group Size: 2 people. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum, the tour will be canceled. An email notification will be sent 4 days before departure.

• In case of typhoons, blizzards, or other severe weather conditions, a decision to cancel will be made 1 day before departure at 18:00 local time, and updates will be sent via email.

• People with high blood pressure, acrophobia, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, or pregnant women should take extra caution.

• Please arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes in advance. Late arrivals will not be accommodated to avoid delaying the itinerary.

• Skiing is a high-intensity and potentially dangerous activity. It is recommended to purchase domestic travel insurance or accident insurance before departure.

• In case of collisions with other participants, assistance is limited to on-site translation. Medical or compensation costs must be borne by the participant.

• Keep your passport and valuables with you at all times. Any loss, theft, or damage is the participant’s responsibility.

• This tour does not accept participants under 18 years old traveling alone. A guardian must accompany underage participants.

• No refunds will be issued for participants who fail to attend, leave early, or discontinue the tour for personal reasons.

• Leaving the tour midway will be considered a void transaction, and no refunds will be provided. Participants are responsible for any personal or property risks incurred.

• Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, holidays, or crowds. Delays or cancellations due to such force majeure factors cannot be used as grounds for refunds.

• Please wear light, comfortable clothing and suitable shoes for the tour.

• Follow local Japanese laws and do not bring prohibited items to avoid legal issues.

• Specific pick-up times and tour leader vehicle information will be sent to your email by 21:00 Japan time the day before departure. Please check your inbox. If you do not receive it, contact us immediately.
