Ski Resort Information – Minakami Hodaigi Ski Resort

• 16 ski courses in total

• Longest course: 2,600 meters

• Highest elevation: 1,400 meters

• With its high altitude, the resort receives abundant snowfall and offers excellent powder snow conditions.

• Slopes available for all levels: from advanced courses with a maximum slope of 40° to wide and gentle beginner-friendly runs.

Rental Information

• Rental Shop: Located inside the ski resort

• Rental Set Includes: Ski set or snowboard set + ski wear (jacket & pants)

⚠️ Not included in rental: Gloves, goggles, and hats (please bring your own).

• On the rental day, the shop may collect a non-refundable damage waiver fee (insurance fee).

• Rentals are available for adults only. For children’s rental, please apply and pay directly at the shop.

• Please proceed to the rental shop on your own upon arrival.

Rental Damage Waiver (Compensation Fee)

• Some rental shops may charge a separate compensation fee.

• This fee works like insurance, covering part of the repair or replacement cost if items are damaged or lost.

• Example: Ski/snowboard equipment or clothing – JPY 500 per day.

• This is a one-time, non-refundable fee, even if the item is returned without issues.

• The requirement and amount vary depending on the item type and shop. Please confirm details on-site and pay directly at the rental shop.

• ⚠️ Some shops only accept cash – please prepare cash in advance.

Reservation Notes

• Minimum number of participants: 15 people. If the minimum number is not reached, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation notice will be sent by email 3 days prior to departure.

• Please arrive at the designated meeting point 20 minutes in advance. Latecomers will not be waited for.

• Local staff speak Japanese only.

• Skis and snowboards may be carried on board the bus or placed in the rear luggage compartment free of charge.

• Due to snowfall or weather conditions, operating hours may be shortened or some lifts may be suspended. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

• For morning departure one-day tours, arrival at the destination may be delayed due to crowded meeting points, traffic congestion, accidents, weather, or other unavoidable reasons. Bus arrival time cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for reduced stay time or skiing time at the destination. (No compensation will be provided.)

• Unused lift tickets due to personal reasons will not be refunded.

• Children under 3 years old are not permitted to join this tour.

• On the day of rental, the rental shop may collect a damage waiver fee (one-time insurance) for rental equipment.

Confirmation Details

• This product requires double confirmation. After booking successfully, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.

• If the minimum number of participants is not met, a cancellation notice will be sent by email 3 days prior to departure.

• If you do not receive the confirmation email within the stated time (including in your junk mail folder), please contact our travel consultant by email or call +852 2152-3599 during office hours.

How to Use

• Please present either a printed voucher or an electronic voucher on your mobile device when joining the activity.

• Meeting details: please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes in advance.

• If you arrive early, please wait patiently near the designated meeting point.
