【Itinerary Information】

DAY TOUR

06:30 – Meet at Hongik University Station Exit 8
07:00 – Meet at Euljiro 1-ga Station Exit 8 (Lotte Hotel Seoul)
08:20 – 09:15 Arrive at the designated ski wear rental shop outside the resort
　★ Ski clothing rental available on-site with additional payment
09:30 – Arrive at the ski resort

16:00 – 16:15 Gather at the hotel lobby
16:30 – 16:45 Stop at the designated ski wear rental shop outside the resort
19:30 – Arrive at Euljiro 1-ga Station – End of tour
20:00 – Arrive at Hongik University Station – End of tour

Notes:
· 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, and 4-day participants will travel together on the same bus.
· Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. Latecomers will not be waited for.
· The itinerary is subject to traffic conditions and may be adjusted accordingly.

【Notes】

· Seating is not assigned; boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis according to arrival at the meeting point.
· The fee includes local driver and guide tips, as well as one-way or round-trip transportation.
· Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals or no-shows will not be waited for, and no refunds will be provided.
· Please keep personal belongings, valuables, money, clothing, and documents with you at all times. We are not responsible for any lost items left on the shuttle bus.
· Tours will proceed as usual on rainy days. In case of natural disasters preventing departure, you may change your travel date free of charge or receive a full refund.
· The shuttle bus will stop for about 30 minutes at a designated ski wear rental shop outside the ski resort before heading to the slopes. All participants must wait during this stop, regardless of whether they rent equipment. If you agree to book this tour, it is considered as acceptance of this arrangement. Equipment can also be rented on-site with payment.
· The itinerary may be adjusted due to local conditions. If a site is closed or under safety inspection, our company is not responsible and no refund will be issued.
· No baby seats are provided on the bus.
· Children aged 3 and above require a ticket. Children under 36 months are free (however, free children will not be provided with a seat on the bus).
· Travel insurance is not included. In case of accidents, injuries, or fatalities caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, our company does not assume responsibility. We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance in advance.
· Boarding/alighting points confirmed during booking cannot be changed on the day of travel.
· We will contact customers or provide updates via WhatsApp/Line/WeChat or email. Please ensure your personal information is filled in correctly.
· If using LINE/WeChat, please enable friend invitations and allow messages from strangers, and ensure your ID is entered correctly. If we are unable to reach you due to these issues and it affects your trip, no responsibility or refund will be given.

Confirmation Details:
· This product requires double confirmation. Once booking is successful, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address within 48 hours.
· If you do not receive the confirmation email in your inbox or spam folder within the stated timeframe, please contact customer service by email as soon as possible.

How to Use:
· Please present either a printed voucher or the electronic voucher on your mobile phone when joining the activity.
· Meeting Details: Arrive at the designated meeting place at least 10 minutes in advance.
· If you arrive early, please wait patiently at the designated meeting point.
