Itinerary

DAY 1

• 06:30 – Hongik University Station Exit 8 OR

• 07:00 – Euljiro Entrance Station Exit 8, Seoul Lotte Hotel

• 08:30 – 09:30 – Arrive at ski clothing shop to rent ski outfits

• 09:30 – 10:00 – Arrive at ski resort, collect tickets and rental equipment

• 10:00 – 16:30 – Free time for skiing, Snowyland, or Ocean World (choose one) + lunch at own expense

• 16:30 – 17:00 – Check-in at hotel

• 18:00 – 20:00 – Banquet dinner & lucky draw celebration

• 20:00 – 22:00 – Free time

DAY 2

• 08:00 – 09:00 – Breakfast at the resort (last entry 08:30)

• 09:30 – 10:00 – Check-out, luggage storage (each locker requires four 500 KRW coins, bring your own)

• 10:00 – Pick up tickets / ski equipment at designated location

• 10:00 – 16:00 – Free time for skiing, Snowyland, or Ocean World (choose one) + lunch at own expense

• 16:00 – 16:20 – Return ski equipment and gather at hotel lobby

• 16:30 – 17:15 – Bus ride to return ski clothing, head back to Seoul

• 19:30 – Arrive at Euljiro Entrance Station, tour ends

• 20:00 – Arrive at Hongik University Station, tour ends

• Guests may choose one activity per day (cannot change after selection).

• Actual itinerary may adjust according to traffic conditions.

• Night skiing schedule may vary depending on weather.

[ Meeting Information ]

· Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. If the meeting time has passed, we will not wait for late arrivals or absentees, and no refund will be provided.
· We will contact customers or make any changes via Whatsapp/Line/Wechat or email. Please ensure your personal information is filled in correctly.
· If using Line/Wechat, please enable friend invitations and allow messages from strangers, and ensure your ID is correct. If we are unable to contact you due to the above issues and it affects the trip, we will not be responsible and no refund will be issued.

[ Fee Information ]

· Tour fees include driver/guide tips, admission tickets listed in the itinerary, some meals, and round-trip transportation costs.
· Minimum group size is 2 people. Maximum group size is 42 people. If the minimum is not met and guests wish to proceed as a private tour, additional charges will apply.
· Single travelers must pay a single room supplement per night.
· Children aged 2 and above must pay, same price as adults. Children under 24 months are free (no meals, bus seat, admission tickets, or other experiences included).
· Minimum equipment sizes: SKI (foot length) 17cm, SNOWBOARD (foot length) 21cm. For children under 3 wishing to ski, please consult the guide on-site. If equipment fits, payment can be made on-site.
· All rented equipment must be properly kept. In case of damage or loss, compensation will be charged at cost (lost goggles will incur a fee of KRW 30,000 each).

[ Travel Information ]

· Trips generally proceed as scheduled in case of rain. If departure is impossible due to natural disasters, departure date may be changed free of charge or fully refunded.
· Room arrangement at SONO Ski Resort (building/room type cannot be designated, arrangement depends on resort on check-in day. Please note any special requests in advance):
　- 2 people: Family Room
　- 3–4 people: Suite Room
　- 5 people: Family Room + Suite Room
　- Building A: 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 2 bathrooms
　- Building B: 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 2 bathrooms
　- Building C: 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 1 bathroom
· For single participant bookings, a single room supplement will apply.
· Ski resort entry requires ski clothing and equipment. Free children and non-skiers, without ski attire and equipment, must wait outside the ski area.
· Itinerary may be adjusted depending on local conditions. In case of temporary site safety checks or closures, our company bears no responsibility and no refund will be provided.
· Our tours do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve certain risks and dangers. Guests should assess their own health and abilities before participating. In case of accidents, injuries, or fatalities caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, our company is not responsible.

· Please arrive at the meeting location at least 15 minutes in advance.
· If you arrive early, please wait patiently near the designated station.
