Product Introduction

It includes 3 nights’ accommodation in a central Takamatsu hotel, within walking distance of the start and finish line. The race course passes through Ritsurin Garden and along the Seto Inland Sea, blending urban charm with natural scenery. The official ambassador is Japanese marathon star Kayoko Fukushi. Participation Notes

• Please carefully assess your own ability before registering. Once the application is submitted, it is deemed that the participant has confirmed and agreed to accept all event rules, terms, and arrangements.

• Once accepted, entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Duplicate registrations will be counted as a single entry; additional fees paid will not be refunded, nor can they be transferred to other applicants or events. Submitted application data will not be returned.

• On-site and late registrations will not be accepted. Participants under 18 years old (born after April 1, 2007) are not eligible to register.

• Please ensure all registration information is completed accurately. Any errors or omissions that lead to missing race items or inability to participate will be the participant’s responsibility.

• Race information and the participant guide will be released approximately one month before the event and uploaded to the official website.

Event Organizer Notes

• Marathon entry is subject to official confirmation, which takes about 2–3 working days.

• I voluntarily apply to participate in the 2026 Kagawa Marathon (hereafter referred to as “the Event”).

• I fully understand and agree to comply with all regulations, rules, requirements, and measures set by the organizers and co-organizers.

• Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the organizers, the organizers will not be held responsible for illness, injury, or accidents beyond providing first aid. In case of emergency transport, the participant’s personal information (name, address, contact details) may be provided to medical institutions or rescue teams. Compensation for accidents or injuries during the event will be covered within the scope of the sports accident insurance (consolation money) purchased by the organizers. Infections or conditions that cannot be proven to have been caused by the event are not covered.

• Individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements or persons other than the registered participant cannot participate.

• If falsification of name, eligibility, race certificate, or other violations are discovered, the entry will be canceled, participation prohibited, and the person will be permanently banned from future events.

• Communication regarding registration will be sent to the registered email address. The organizers are not responsible if emails are not received due to device issues, spam filters, or address changes.

• Participants are required to use public transportation to reach the venue. However, the organizers will not be responsible if delays in transportation prevent participation.

• Participants are advised to be in good physical condition before the race. The organizers will provide emergency assistance during the race but bear no further responsibility.

• The organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of valuables or personal belongings.

• Advertising activities (including wearing or displaying corporate names, product names, logos, etc.) for promotional purposes are not permitted on the course or at the venue.

• The organizers reserve the right to use images, videos, reports, GPS data, and personal information of participants (including name, age, nationality, prefecture/city, race records, etc.) for publication in television, newspapers, magazines, websites, or printed materials issued by the organizers.

• For all other matters related to the event, participants must follow the instructions of the organizers.

• Participants are advised to purchase appropriate travel insurance.

Hotel Notes

• At the time of booking, all guests must provide full passport name, date of birth, passport number, passport expiry date, and nationality.

• Rooms are based on standard room type (unless otherwise specified). Twin rooms or double rooms are subject to hotel arrangement upon check-in.

• Some hotels may charge for children not occupying a bed. Fees can be settled directly at the hotel during check-in or quoted after room confirmation.

• Certain hotel rates require at least one guest holding a valid Hong Kong SAR passport or Hong Kong ID card to be eligible.

• All special requests are subject to the hotel’s final decision. Our company will not be held responsible for refunds or compensation due to hotel refusal of requests.

• Guests are advised to visit the official hotel website in advance to understand details such as location and room layout.

• Most countries require that passports be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry. Guests must ensure their documents meet entry requirements, otherwise, entry may be denied.

• Guests are strongly advised to purchase suitable travel insurance for full protection during the trip.

How to Use
