Redemption Information

Please present your ticket and original passport at the ticket counter to redeem your physical ticket.
Ticket counters: 1st floor or 18th floor
All members of the group must be present to enter together.
Late arrivals or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

Booking Notes

• To maintain social distancing, the restaurant’s maximum capacity is 75 guests.

• For child tickets, please indicate the child’s height in the booking notes.

• All seats on the 78th floor are indoors.

• Adult ticket: applicable for visitors with a height above 120 cm; Child ticket: applicable for children between 81–120 cm in height.

• Children under 80 cm in height enter free of charge.

• If your group includes more than one infant, please inform us before checkout.

• Bringing outside beverages is subject to a fee of THB 500 per bottle.
