1. How to Use:
   After completing your booking, you will receive two PDF files (two electronic vouchers) via email.
   Please present the QR code at the designated facilities on your visit date to redeem your tickets.

2. Validity Period:

• Kansai & Hokuriku Area Rail Pass (7 Days): Valid for 90 days after the booking date.

• Toyama Enjoy Pass 1-Week Free Pass: Valid for 270 days from the date of purchase.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
   Cancellations are accepted only if none of the tickets have been used within the validity period.
   No refunds will be issued once any part of the product has been used.

【Usage Instructions】

• After booking, you will receive a PDF voucher by email.

• During your visit, please present the QR code at each facility or exchange it for an entry ticket.

• Each facility can be used only once; re-entry to the same facility is not allowed.

• The pass is valid for 270 days from the purchase date.

  • Example: Purchased on Jan 1 → Valid until Sept 28.

• Once you use your first facility, the pass remains valid for 7 consecutive days.

  • Example: First use on July 1 → Valid until July 7.

• You may choose any 3 facilities during the valid period.

• The 7-day usage period cannot exceed the 270-day validity.

  • Example: If valid from Jan 1–Sept 28, and you start on Sept 27, it will expire on Sept 28.

• Unused entries are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

• One pass per person per use only.

Kansai & Hokuriku Area Rail Pass (7 Days)

Once your booking is confirmed, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
Please present the verification code or QR code from the email, along with your non-Japanese passport, at a designated ticket machine (see reference image below) to redeem your physical rail pass.

The ticket machines support five languages: Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Korean.

• If the ticket machine is out of service or your passport does not contain an IC chip, please visit a Midori no Madoguchi (JR Green Window) at designated stations to exchange your ticket.

After successful exchange, you will receive your physical rail pass.
Before boarding, please visit a JR Green Ticket Machine to obtain a reserved seat ticket using your physical pass.

【Important Notes for Kansai & Hokuriku Area Rail Pass (7 Days)】

After March 16, 2024, the “Valid Areas/Transportation” details have been updated as follows:

• Hokuriku Shinkansen section expanded from Kanazawa–Joetsu-Myoko to Tsuruga–Joetsu-Myoko.

• Local line section Tsuruga–Kanazawa is no longer covered.

• Added service: HAPI-LINE FUKUI (Fukui–Echizen-Hanandō) (valid only when using JR Etsumi-Hoku Line).

• From March 16, 2024, Limited Express trains “Thunderbird,” “Shirasagi,” “Super Hakuto,” “Super Inaba,” and “Yakumo” will be fully reserved seating (advance seat reservations required).

• The Nishinippon JR Bus Sonobe–Fukuchiyama Line service was discontinued as of March 31, 2024.

For passes purchased before March 15, 2024, but used after March 16, 2024:

• The pass will remain valid under the new coverage areas and transportation rules (no additional payment required).

• Unlimited seat reservations are available.

• You may still board unreserved cars directly using your pass.

• Starting from the 7th seat reservation, you must book at a JR Green Window counter.

Eligibility Requirements:

Kansai & Hokuriku Area Rail Pass (7 Days):

• Must be 12 years or older (at the time of exchange or purchase of the rail pass).

• Must hold a passport issued by a government outside Japan.

• Must possess a “Temporary Visitor” status of residence under Japan’s Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act.
  (“Temporary Visitor” refers to short-term stays in Japan for sightseeing, business, or visiting relatives.)
  ⚠️ If it is found during use that the holder does not meet the eligibility requirements, an additional fare for improper use will be charged. Please ensure that you meet the entry and residence qualifications before purchase.

Toyama Enjoy Pass 1-Week Free Pass:

• No age restrictions.

• Valid for both adults and children.
