[About the Ski Resort]
A perfect destination for first-time snow experiences! The resort features three snow escalators, the most in the area, supporting a wide range of activities from snow play to skiing for beginners.
Conveniently located right next to JR Echigo-Nakazato Station, it’s easily accessible by train or car.
From wide gentle slopes ideal for beginners and families to ungroomed steep courses, the resort offers diverse trails.
The “Smile Kids Park”—equipped with a snow escalator—lets visitors enjoy snow play, sledding, and snow tubing.
The “Angel Slope,” with two snow escalators, is perfect for beginner skiers and snowboarders.
There are also several free rest areas within the resort, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable day for everyone.

[How to Redeem]

1. At the ticket counter (located opposite the Nakazato Ski Center, toward the ski resort), present your lift and rental ticket information on your mobile screen.

2. Receive your one-day lift ticket and rental voucher.

3. Submit the rental voucher at the Nakazato Ski Center to collect your equipment.

[Important Information]

– Participation Requirements –

• Guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a guardian (adult aged 18 or above) during the trip. Participants under 15 are not allowed to join alone.

• Children under 6 years old are not permitted to participate.

– Rental Requirements –

• The rental ski wear includes either a two-piece set or a one-piece suit.

• Please note that large sizes and children’s sizes are limited. Contact the rental shop in advance if you require special sizes. Additional charges may apply depending on the size.

• All rental equipment must be returned during the shop’s business hours.

– Items to Bring / Clothing –

• Accessories such as knit caps, gloves, and goggles can be purchased or rented at the rental shop or store; however, quantities are limited, so advance preparation is recommended.

• Gloves, goggles, hats, as well as innerwear, leggings, and socks are not included in the rental set—please prepare your own.

– Confirmation Details –

• This product requires double confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours after your booking is successful. Please check your email inbox.

• If the minimum number of participants is not met, a cancellation notice will be sent by email 4 days before departure.

• If you do not receive any email within the stated time, please contact our travel consultants via email or call +852 2152-3599 during office hours.

• Please present either a printed voucher or a mobile e-voucher when participating in the activity.

• Meeting details: Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance.

• If you arrive early, kindly wait nearby the meeting location.
