About Mỹ Sơn Sanctuary

Mỹ Sơn Sanctuary, located in Duy Phu Commune, Duy Xuyen District, Quang Nam Province, central Vietnam, was once the religious center of the ancient Champa Kingdom.
Built between the late 4th and 13th centuries, this complex of Hindu temples and towers reflects the strong influence of Indian culture.
In December 1999, Mỹ Sơn was designated a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site for its outstanding historical, cultural, and architectural significance in Southeast Asia.

• From October to February, pack an umbrella or raincoat for the rainy season.
