Confirmation Details:

  • After a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email within 3-4 working days. Please check your email inbox in time.
  • If you do not receive the email within the specified timeframe, please check your inbox and spam folder. If still not received, contact our travel consultants via email or call +852 2152-3599 during office hours.

  • Swiss Travel Pass (Flex – valid for 3 / 4 / 8 / 15 days within 1 month)

How to Use:

  1. Once you receive the confirmation email, check the attached train pass to ensure your personal information is correct.
  2. The pass can be used immediately upon receipt, without activation. It is recommended to add the pass to the SBB APP for better itinerary planning.
  3. Adding the pass to the SBB APP allows you to reserve seats in advance (additional charges apply).

Seat Reservation:

  • Most high-speed, scenic, overnight, and international trains require seat reservations. Local and regional trains do not require reservations.
  • Seat reservations incur additional costs.
  • If you need to reserve a seat, please make a reservation via the SBB APP.

Important Notes:

  • This train pass is only for non-Swiss and non-Liechtenstein residents.
  • The name provided during booking must match your passport.
  • The start date chosen during booking is the actual usage start date, and once issued, the pass cannot be changed or canceled.
  • If traveling with children aged 0-5 or 6-15, please mention their details in the special remarks section of the booking page.

1. Ticketing Information

  • Children aged 0-5 (without occupying a separate seat) can travel for free.
  • Youth tickets apply to travelers aged 16-25.
  • Child tickets apply to travelers aged 6-15.
  • Swiss Family Card:
    • Children aged 6-15 traveling with at least one parent, stepparent, or adoptive parent holding a Swiss Travel Pass can travel for free with the Swiss Family Card.
    • The Swiss Family Card will be sent via email in PDF format.
    • Please provide the following details for accompanying children (aged 6-15) in the remarks section of the booking page:
      • Full Name (in English)
      • Date of Birth
      • Nationality
      • Passport Number

2. Usage Scope

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • Once activated, the train pass is non-refundable.
  • If the pass has not been activated, to request a refund, please reply to the confirmation email and contact our customer service team.
  • Refunds must be requested before activation.
  • For any refund request, a 15% cancellation fee (charged by the supplier) and a handling fee of HK$150 per ticket will apply.
  • Refund approval is subject to RailEurope's refund policy.
