Each guest may bring one piece of luggage free of charge (no size limit). Any additional luggage will be charged ¥2,000 per item. Please inform us at the time of booking—if not noted, on-site fees will apply.

If a seat is required for an infant aged 0–2, please book a child or adult ticket accordingly.

If an infant aged 0–2 is brought without notice and causes a shortage of seats, boarding will be denied and no refund will be issued.

The guide will not contact guests in advance. On the day of departure, please head directly to the meeting point and report to the guide or staff wearing a yellow vest or holding a GOGODAY flag. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following the guide’s instructions.

Driver-guide service will be provided for small groups of 4–13 people. For groups of 13 or more, there will be a separate driver and tour guide.

In case of bad weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made by 6:00 PM (local time) the day before departure whether the tour will proceed. You’ll be notified by email shortly after.

This tour is not recommended for guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, fear of heights, epilepsy, asthma, or those who are pregnant.

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes early. The tour departs on time and will not wait for late arrivals.

This is a shared group tour with a fixed schedule. Please follow the guide’s instructions and stick to the designated stop times at each attraction.

No refunds will be given for late arrivals, personal reasons for missing the tour, or early withdrawal.

If you choose to leave the group midway, your booking will be considered void and no refunds will be issued. Any resulting safety or property issues will be your own responsibility.

Tour timings may vary depending on traffic, weather, festivals, or crowds. Delays or cancellations due to such situations are not eligible for refunds.

For smaller groups, a van with a driver-guide may be used. This is a shared ride with other guests, and unscheduled stops are not allowed.

On weekends and public holidays, heavy traffic or other delays may occur. Guides will adjust the itinerary accordingly, so please set your expectations accordingly before booking.

For guests returning to Kumamoto Station via the Aso Boy sightseeing train, if tickets cannot be secured, you’ll be notified by the next day and can cancel your booking for free.

On Aso Boy’s non-operating days, the Kyushu Odan Limited Express will be used instead.

Access to the volcano crater depends on real-time official updates. If the crater is closed, the tour will include a 90-minute stop at Kusasenri instead.
Cleaning & Damage Fees
If the vehicle is soiled due to food/drinks spills, vomiting, or similar incidents, professional cleaning will be required.
Cleaning costs vary depending on the severity, method, and materials needed. Charges will be assessed on-site based on actual conditions.
In case of damage to in-vehicle items (e.g. curtains, seat belts, cup holders), the cost will also be assessed by the guide based on the situation.
