Reservation Notes

• Minimum of 6 participants required to operate. If the minimum number is not met, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation email will be sent 2 days before departure.

• In case of delays or itinerary changes caused by uncontrollable factors such as traffic or weather, resulting in partial cancellation of attractions, please contact customer service to arrange a partial refund.

• In the event of severe weather (e.g., typhoon, snowstorm), a decision on whether the tour will depart will be made by 6:00 PM local time one day prior. Notifications will be sent via email.

• Guests with the following conditions should not participate: high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnancy, asthma, fear of heights.

• Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance. Late arrivals will not be accommodated to avoid delaying the group.

• Skiing is an intense and potentially dangerous sport. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance or accident insurance prior to departure.

• Cancellations due to illness within 48 hours before departure may receive a full refund with a valid medical certificate.

• Refunds cannot be provided if a guest cannot enter Japan due to personal reasons (e.g., failure to provide required PCR test for China/Hong Kong/Macau travelers before boarding, or failure to obtain a visa for nationals requiring one).

• Date changes requested due to personal reasons will incur a fee of JPY 2,000 per person, payable in cash on-site.

• Skiing is considered a high-risk activity. Infants, pregnant women, and elderly guests are not advised to participate.

• If the ski resort closes unexpectedly on the day of departure due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, the tour will be redirected to Biwako Valley Ski Resort or Kobe Rokko Mountain Ski Resort as alternatives.

• This product requires double confirmation. Within 48 hours after booking, you will receive a confirmation email—please check your inbox.

• If the minimum number of participants is not met, a cancellation email will be sent 2 days before departure.
