Reservation Notes

• Minimum of 4 participants required. If the minimum number is not met, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation email will be sent 4 days prior to departure.

• In the event of severe weather (e.g., typhoon, snowstorm), a decision on whether the tour will depart will be made by 6:00 PM local time, one day before departure, with notifications sent via email.

• Guests with the following conditions or other health concerns should not participate: high blood pressure, heart disease, fear of heights, asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy.

• Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance. Late arrivals will not be accommodated to avoid delaying the itinerary.

• Children under 3 years old do not have included admission tickets and must purchase tickets on-site.

• Skiing is a high-risk sport. Infants, pregnant women, and elderly guests are not recommended to participate.

• Skiing can be intense and potentially dangerous. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance or accident insurance prior to departure.

• Ski equipment must be reserved in advance; on-site changes or refunds for package contents are not allowed.

• Please provide an active contact method for pre-departure confirmation.

• Child fees are the same as adult fees.

• This product is suitable for guests under 50 years old. Age verification may be required.

• For ski gear packages, please provide gender, height, weight, and shoe size to ensure proper reservations.

• Proper ski clothing is mandatory. Guests may be denied access to lift or ski slopes if not wearing ski wear.

• Ski lessons are for snowboarding only. Included packages do not include elbow/knee pads, goggles, or helmet.

• In case of collisions with other guests during skiing, staff can assist with translation only; medical or compensation costs are the responsibility of the guest.

• For safety reasons, walking on slopes with ski equipment in hand is prohibited; guests without ski equipment may only access dining/rest areas.

• Changes to reservations (date, number of participants, etc.) within 72 hours of departure incur a JPY 5,000 handling fee per person. Please verify the correct number of participants and departure date before booking.

• Lunch is not included. Guests are advised to bring their own or arrange meals at the resort.

• Day tours do not include personal travel or accident insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry inherent risks. Guests should assess their own health and ability. The company is not responsible for any personal injury or damage caused by accidents or unforeseen circumstances.
