Enjoy the serene, turquoise waters of Tridacna Bay. Paddle at your own pace while admiring Palau’s unique mushroom-shaped limestone islands and distant mangrove forests reflected in the sea. Try the popular SUP paddle board — an activity that improves balance and strengthens your core. Beginners can start on their knees before standing up. A relaxing yet invigorating way to connect with nature.

Ngardmau Waterfall
Journey through Palau’s largest island, Babeldaob, covered in rainforest and volcanic terrain. Trek through lush tropical jungle alive with birdsong and insect calls. Along the way, see remnants of Japanese-era mining railways before reaching Ngardmau Waterfall, Palau’s largest waterfall. Mist from the falls often creates rainbows under the sunlight. You can step under the cascading water for a natural hydro-massage. The path also passes Diongradid natural pools, carved by the river into bathtub-like basins, offering stunning scenery.
