Minimum group size: 2 participants. If the minimum number is not met, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation notice will be sent via email 2 days prior to departure.

Participants with high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, or pregnant women are not recommended to join.

Guests may select preferred routes in advance; however, the final itinerary will be arranged on the day based on weather, waves, and tides for the most suitable dive/snorkel spots.

According to Palau government regulations, all visitors going out to sea must purchase a Marine Permit (general marine permit + Jellyfish Lake permit, USD 100 per person). Valid for 10 days. If you already hold a valid permit, no need to repurchase. If you have not yet purchased, please indicate in your booking; it will be purchased on-site.

Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian and provide a signed consent form.

Recommended age: 10 years and above. Children are charged the same as adults.

Snorkeling has no age limit. Children under 2 years old are free; 2 years and above are charged the same as adults (based on seat occupancy).

For safety reasons, if the tour cannot proceed due to sea/weather conditions, guests may reschedule free of charge or receive a full refund.

Dive/snorkel sites listed in the itinerary are for reference only; the actual sites will be decided based on weather and tides.

This is a join-in group tour. Please be aware before booking.

Before entering the water, instructors will demonstrate the correct use of snorkeling equipment (mask, fins, snorkel). Non-swimmers need not worry: each participant will be provided with a life jacket and float board throughout the tour.

Do not bring valuables on board. There is no staff responsible for safekeeping at the pier or on the boat.
