The daytime climb runs from early morning until late afternoon (after sunrise and before dusk). Enjoy 360-degree panoramic views of Brisbane, including the Brisbane River, Glass House Mountains, Moreton Bay, and the scenic hinterlands. By Ferry: Take a ferry to Kangaroo Point (departures every 10 minutes)
By Car: Navigate to Story Bridge Adventure Climb and park along Wharf Street

Important Information

• Minimum of 1 participant required for the activity to proceed.

• Minimum age requirement: 10 years old.

• All participants aged 6–16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the climb.

• The minimum age is 6 years, minimum height is 110 cm, and the maximum weight limit is 131.5 kg.
  Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult; each adult may accompany up to three minors.

• Maximum weight limit: 130 kg.

• Participants are advised to wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.

• All climbers will undergo a breathalyzer test before the activity. Those with a blood alcohol level over 0.05% will not be allowed to participate.

• Late arrivals will not be accepted, and no refunds will be provided for latecomers.

• Complimentary storage lockers are available on-site.

Cancellation Policy

• Once confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be issued (except under special or force majeure circumstances, as determined at the discretion of Story Bridge).

• Participants who arrive late will forfeit their booking and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

• Rescheduling Policy: Bookings can be rescheduled at least 72 hours before the scheduled climb.

• If your preferred time slot is fully booked, you may choose an alternative available time.

Booking Confirmation

• This product requires dual confirmation. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

• In the event of unforeseen or force majeure circumstances, a cancellation notice will be sent four days before the scheduled climb.

How to Use

• Participants must present either a printed voucher or a mobile e-voucher on-site.

• Meeting Details: Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled climb.

• If you arrive early, please wait patiently near the designated meeting area.
