The driver has the right to refuse service if limits are exceeded on the day, without refund.

• Fixed itinerary: This is a fixed-route tour and cannot be changed. The driver may make minor adjustments on the day due to traffic conditions or other factors.

• Unforeseen delays: Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, festivals, or crowds. Delays or cancellations caused by these or other force majeure events are not grounds for refunds.

• Safety of valuables: Please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them secure. Any loss, theft, or damage is the traveler’s responsibility.

• No-shows or early departure: If you miss the tour or leave early due to personal reasons or lateness, no refund will be issued.

• Compliance with local laws: Please follow Japanese laws and avoid bringing prohibited items to prevent legal issues.

• Personal safety: During free time, please pay attention to personal and property safety. Any accidents or losses due to ignoring safety advice are your own responsibility.

• No eating on the vehicle: Eating is generally prohibited on board. If necessary, request permission from the driver.
