Booking Notes

A minimum of 6 participants is required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not meet this requirement, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation email will be sent 1 day before departure.

Please arrive at the designated location at least 15 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying the itinerary, the tour will depart on time and latecomers will not be waited for.

Pickup times are for reference only. Please provide a valid mobile number so you can be contacted on the day of the tour by the guide.

Please follow the meeting times provided by the guide between each segment of the itinerary. Latecomers will not be able to rejoin the tour midway, nor will refunds be provided.

Participants may not leave the tour midway. If you choose to leave the tour, any unfinished portion will be considered forfeited and no refund will be provided.

Please do not use personal flashlights or any lighting devices that may interfere with wildlife. A LED flashlight will be provided to each participant, and the guide will carry a special high-visibility flashlight with soft filtered light to avoid disturbing nocturnal animals.
