• The departure time may be delayed depending on traffic conditions on the day.

• The vehicle number and guide’s contact details will be sent via SMS or SNS one day before departure.

• If using LINE / WeChat, please make sure that friend requests and messages from strangers are enabled.

Pricing Information

• The tour fee includes local driver/guide tips, admission fees and round-trip transportation costs listed in the itinerary.

• The minimum number of participants is 8 people per group, with a maximum of 42 participants per group. If the minimum number is not reached but guests still wish to depart as a private tour, an additional surcharge will apply.

• Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult rate. Children under 36 months can join free of charge.
  (Free admission for children does not include meals, a seat on the vehicle, admission tickets or other tour experiences.)

Important Information

• The tour generally operates as scheduled in rainy weather. In the event that the tour cannot operate due to natural disasters, guests may change the departure date free of charge or receive a full refund.

• The itinerary may be adjusted according to local conditions. If attractions are temporarily closed or subject to safety inspections, the company will not be responsible for any related compensation or refunds.

• The autumn foliage conditions may vary depending on the weather. The departure dates are selected based on the expected best foliage period. If the foliage conditions are not ideal on the actual tour date, no refund or compensation will be provided.

• Travel insurance is not included in any of our tours. Outdoor activities involve certain risks and hazards, and guests should assess whether the tour is suitable based on their own health and physical ability. The company shall not be held responsible for injury, illness, death or other losses resulting from force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.

Confirmation Details

• This product requires two-step confirmation. After your booking is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Please check your email promptly.

• If the minimum number of participants is not reached, an email notification of tour cancellation will be sent 5 days before departure.
