Pricing Information

• The tour fee includes local driver/guide tips, accommodation, admission fees, selected meals and round-trip transportation.

• The minimum number of participants is 6 people per group. If the minimum number is not reached but guests still wish to depart as a private tour, an additional surcharge will apply.

• Single travellers are required to pay a single-room supplement for each night.

• Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult rate. Children under 36 months can join free of charge.
  (Free admission for children does not include accommodation/bed, meals, a seat on the vehicle, admission tickets or other tour experiences.)

Important Information

• The tour generally operates as scheduled in rainy weather. In the event that the tour cannot operate due to natural disasters, guests may change the departure date free of charge or receive a full refund.

• Autumn foliage conditions may vary depending on the weather. The departure dates are selected based on the expected best foliage period. If the foliage conditions are not ideal on the actual departure date, no refund or compensation will be provided.

Room Arrangements: Gangneung Ojuk Hanok Village

• Room types cannot be requested and will be arranged according to the availability and allocation at Ojuk Hanok Village on the day of check-in.

• 6 guests: 1 Standard Pavilion Room + 1 Standard Room

• 5 guests: 2 Standard Rooms (when there is 1 child)

• 4 guests: 1 Standard Pavilion Room or 2 Standard Rooms

• 3 guests: 1 Standard Room (when there is 1 child)

• The itinerary may be adjusted according to local conditions. If attractions are temporarily closed or subject to safety inspections, the company will not be responsible for any related compensation or refunds.

• Travel insurance is not included. The company shall not be held responsible for injury, illness, death or other losses resulting from force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. We strongly recommend that customers purchase appropriate travel insurance in advance.
