Ticketing and Admission

• Before purchasing, please confirm your ticket type, quantity, date, and admission time. Once electronic tickets have been sold, refunds are not permitted. Please take note before completing your purchase.

• There is no dedicated parking lot at the venue.

• Visitors using senior mobility scooters with handles or electric wheelchairs that cannot be restricted to speeds of 2 km/h or below must transfer to a venue-provided wheelchair to ensure the safety of visitors, facilities, and artworks.

• Visitors who wish to enter using their own wheelchairs must fit protective covers over the wheelchair tyres.

• Visitors weighing more than 250 kg may be unable to access certain mirrored-floor installations. Staff will assess whether entry is possible based on the floor conditions at the time.

• For Drawing on the Water Surface Created by the Dance of Koi and People – Infinity, visitors with an inseam length of less than 40 cm cannot experience the installation due to safety and hygiene considerations. A guardian aged 18 or above may experience it together with the child by carrying them or using a baby carrier.

• For safety reasons, wheelchair users cannot enter the following two installations:
