Public Holiday Surcharge

Additional surcharges apply on public holidays, including New Year's Day, the first to third days of the Lunar New Year, Ching Ming Festival, Labour Day, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Establishment Day, the day following the Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, Chung Yeung Festival, Macau Special Administrative Region Establishment Day, and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (24–25 December).

Additional Stops

The service is provided on a point-to-point basis. Additional stops will incur extra charges and must be completed within one hour.

Macau: HKD 200 per additional stop

Hong Kong: HKD 300 per additional stop

Precautions:

• Every vehicle can take 6 passengers or less(including Child and Infant)
• This service will not provide infant car seats
• Please make sure you check your own visa requirements and arrange for visas in advance
• All travelers must arrange their own Macau visas in advance
• This service will take you to Hong Kong / Macau directly. No change is required.

 

How To Use:

• You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
• The voucher is valid only on the date selected
• Please be at the hotel lobby or your preferred pick up location at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time

 

Surcharges:

• Holiday Surcharge:
  Additional surcharge applied during Holidays (include: New Year's Day, Lunar New Year Holidays, Ching Ming Festival, Labor Day, Hong Kong S.A.R Establishment Day, the day following Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, Chong Yeung Festival and Macau S.A.R Establishment Day, Christmas (24th-25th December))
• Additional drop off point:
  • HKD200/point in Macau within an hour
  • HKD300/point in HK within an hour
• Waiting Charges:
  For Hong Kong Airport pick up, waiting fee applies 60 minutes after flight arrival time.  Waiting fee applies from 15 minutes on reserved time for other pick up locations.  Waiting fee is HKD300 each hour and full hour charge will be applied even less than an hour.
• Surcharges are payable in cash (HKD) directly to the driver

 

Cancellation policy:

• No cancellation is allowed once the booking is confirmed
