Registration Notes
- • This product requires two confirmations. Once payment is successful, our company will process the order immediately. If the tour does not reach the minimum number of participants, we will notify you via email or phone prior to departure.
- • All guests participating in this tour must have valid comprehensive travel insurance. Guests may purchase travel insurance from our agency or provide proof of valid insurance coverage at least 14 days prior to departure; otherwise, our company reserves the right to refuse boarding.
- • If the number of participants is odd, guests must pay a single room supplement. If guests are unwilling to pay the single room supplement, they will automatically forfeit half a room and may share a room with two other guests (primarily with two single beds).
- • If the group size is less than 10 people, there is a possibility that a Hong Kong tour leader will not accompany the group; guests may not object or withdraw from the tour on this basis.
- • No tea reception is included in this tour.
- • Please refer to our website or inquire at the counter for the prices listed above; the actual tour fee is subject to the rate at the time of registration. Surcharges during peak season will be announced separately.

Cancellation Policy
- • Once a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- • If the tour is canceled for any reason prior to departure, guests will be notified in accordance with the date specified in the directive issued by the Tourism Regulatory Authority. Guests may choose to reschedule for another date or receive a full refund of the tour fee.
- • Fuel surcharges, taxes, or other service fees shall be subject to the latest announcements by the airline or relevant authorities on the date of ticketing. Our company will refund any overcharged amounts to guests or collect any additional charges resulting from foreign currency fluctuations, which must be paid prior to departure. Guests may not object or withdraw from the tour on any grounds.
- • The Company reserves the right to take any reasonable action—including, but not limited to, canceling or shortening the itinerary—in the event of war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, severe weather, technical issues with transportation vehicles, sudden changes to schedules or timetables by carriers, strikes and industrial actions, travel advisories issued by the destination government or the World Health Organization, red/black travel advisories issued by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, and other circumstances beyond the industry’s control that are detrimental to outbound travel, including but not limited to canceling or shortening the itinerary. Provided that the Company notifies the customer in a timely manner, the Company shall not be held liable.
Document Requirements

- • Since entry into China is permitted only to individuals holding a valid Hong Kong or Macau Resident Travel Permit for Mainland China (Home Return Permit) or foreign passport holders with a valid Chinese visa, guests must verify the expiration dates of their travel documents; otherwise, they may be denied entry.
- • 【Traveling to Other Regions】
- • Passengers must present valid travel documents and identification. Travel documents must be valid for at least six months from the date of the group’s return. Passengers are solely responsible for any losses incurred due to being unable to enter or exit a country because their documents have expired.
- • 【Visa Information】
- • If a visa is required for your destination, please ensure you have a valid entry visa before departure. Otherwise, the airline reserves the right to deny boarding, and local immigration authorities may refuse entry. Our company assumes no responsibility for such situations.
- • All foreign passport holders (i.e., those without a Hong Kong Identity Card) must present a return ticket to their country of origin prior to departure; otherwise, the airline may refuse boarding for the return flight to Hong Kong.
Special Notes
- • Guests must obtain a stamped receipt to be eligible for coverage under the “Travel Industry Compensation Fund.” Please ask the front desk staff for the stamp duty amount.
- • Seasonal activities listed in the itinerary (e.g., flower viewing, snow viewing, fall foliage viewing, or bird watching) are subject to prevailing environmental conditions, weather, and timing. In the event of force majeure, these activities may not be available, and no refunds will be issued.
- • Any changes to the itinerary, meals, or accommodations will be subject to the arrangements made by the local tour operator and will be implemented without prior notice.
