【Ojukheon】: Ojukheon gets its name from the dark bamboo planted all around the house. It is the former residence of the great scholar Yulgok Yi I and his mother, Sin Saimdang, from the Joseon Dynasty, and is also the most representative historic site in the Gangneung area. Built in the early Joseon period, Ojukheon is the oldest wooden residential building in Korea. Due to its importance in architectural history, it was designated as Korean Treasure No. 165 in 1963. Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds or changes after successful booking.
  • If the tour is cancelled for any reason before departure, guests will be notified according to the date specified in the directive issued by the Travel Industry Authority. Guests may choose to change to other dates or receive a full refund of the tour fee.
  • Fuel surcharges, taxes, or other levied service fees are subject to the final announcement by the airline or relevant agencies on the ticket issuance date. Our company will refund any overcharged difference to guests or recover any increased difference due to foreign currency fluctuations from customers, which must be paid before departure. Guests may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
  • Our company reserves the right to take any reasonable action, including but not limited to cancelling/shortening the itinerary, due to war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, adverse weather, technical problems with transportation, last-minute schedule changes by carriers, strikes and industrial actions, travel warnings issued by the destination government/World Health Organization, red/black outbound travel alerts issued by the Hong Kong SAR Government, and other adverse travel conditions beyond the industry's control.
