• • This product requires a double confirmation. After successful payment, our company will process the order immediately. If the group cannot be formed, you will be notified by email or phone call before departure.
• • All guests joining this Tour must hold valid comprehensive travel insurance. Guests can purchase travel insurance through our company or provide valid proof of insurance at least 14 days before departure. Otherwise, our company reserves the right to deny the guest's departure.
• • If the number of Tour participants is odd, guests must pay a single room supplement. If guests are unwilling to pay the single room supplement, they automatically forfeit half a room, allowing three people to share a room (based on two single beds).
• • If the group size is fewer than 10 people, there is a possibility that no Hong Kong Tour escort will be provided for departure. Guests may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
• • This Tour does not include a pre-departure briefing.

• • Once successfully booked, no refunds or changes are allowed.
• • If the Tour is cancelled for any reason before departure, guests will be notified according to the date specified in the directive issued by the Travel Industry Authority. Guests may choose to change to other dates or receive a full refund of the tour fee.
• • Fuel surcharges, taxes, or other levied service fees are subject to the final announcement by the airline or relevant authorities on the ticket issuance date. The company will refund any overcharged difference to guests or recover any additional difference due to foreign exchange fluctuations from customers, which must be settled before departure. Guests may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
• • The company reserves the right to take any reasonable action, including but not limited to cancelling/shortening the itinerary, due to war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, adverse weather, technical issues with Transport, temporary changes to schedules or timetables by carriers, strikes and industrial actions, travel warnings issued by the destination government/World Health Organization, red/black outbound travel alerts issued by the Hong Kong SAR government, and other circumstances beyond the industry's control that adversely affect travel. As long as the company notifies guests in a timely manner, the company shall not bear any responsibility.

• • 【Traveling to Mainland China】
• • As entry into Mainland China requires a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (Home Return Permit) or a foreign passport holder with a valid Chinese visa, guests must ensure the validity of their personal documents; otherwise, entry may be denied.
• • 【Traveling to Other Regions】
• • Guests must present valid travel documents and identification. The travel document must be valid for more than six months from the date of the tour's return. Any losses incurred due to invalid documents preventing entry or exit shall be borne by the guests themselves.
• • 【Visa Information】
• • If a visa is required for the destination, guests must bring a valid entry visa for departure. Otherwise, the airline has the right to deny boarding, and local immigration authorities may refuse entry. Our company shall not be held responsible for the aforementioned situations.
• • All foreign passport holders (without a Hong Kong Identity Card) must bring a return ticket to their country of origin for departure; otherwise, the airline may refuse boarding for the return flight to Hong Kong.

• • Passengers must obtain a stamped receipt to be covered by the "Travel Industry Compensation Fund." Please inquire with the counter staff regarding the stamp duty amount.
• • The arrangements for seasonal items listed in the itinerary (e.g., flower viewing, snow viewing, maple leaf viewing, or bird watching, etc.) are subject to the prevailing environment, weather, and timing. In cases of force majeure, viewing opportunities may not be available, and no refunds will be provided.
