Included

- Hotel: Based on the hotels listed in the itinerary or equivalent, standard is twin-sharing. Single room supplement applies for single occupancy.

Booking Notes
Registration Notes
- • This product requires double confirmation. Upon successful payment, our company will process the order immediately. If the tour fails to form, notification will be sent via email or phone call before departure.
- • All guests joining this tour must hold valid comprehensive travel insurance. Guests may purchase travel insurance through our agency or provide valid proof of insurance at least 14 days before departure. Otherwise, our company reserves the right to deny the guest's departure.
- • If the number of tour participants is odd, the guest must pay a single room supplement. If the guest is unwilling to pay the single room supplement, they will automatically forfeit half a room and may share a triple room (primarily based on two single beds).
- • If the tour group has fewer than 10 participants, there is a possibility of departing without a Hong Kong tour escort. Guests may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
- • This tour does not include a pre-departure briefing.
- • For the above itinerary prices, please refer to the website or inquire with our counter staff. The confirmed tour fee is subject to the quotation at the time of booking. Surcharges during peak seasons will be notified separately.
- • If you do not receive an email in your inbox or spam folder within the specified time limit, please promptly contact our travel consultant via email or by calling +852 2152-3599 during office hours.
Cancellation Policy
- • No amendments or refunds are allowed after successful booking.
- • If the tour is cancelled for any reason before departure, guests will be notified according to the date specified in the instructions issued by the Travel Industry Authority. Guests may choose to change to another date or receive a full refund of the tour fee.
- • Fuel surcharges, taxes, or other service fees are subject to the final announcement by the airline or relevant authority on the day of ticket issuance. The company will refund any overcharged amount to guests or recover any additional fees due to foreign exchange fluctuations from guests, which must be settled before departure. Guests may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
- • The company reserves the right to take any reasonable action, including but not limited to cancelling or shortening the itinerary, due to war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, adverse weather, technical issues with transportation, temporary changes to schedules or timetables by carriers, strikes and industrial actions, travel warnings issued by the destination government/World Health Organization, red/black outbound travel alerts issued by the Hong Kong SAR Government, and other circumstances beyond the industry's control that adversely affect travel. As long as the company notifies guests in a timely manner, it will not bear any responsibility.
Document Requirements
- • 【Traveling to Mainland China】
- • As entry into China requires a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (Home Return Permit) or a foreign passport holder with a valid Chinese visa, guests must ensure the validity of their personal documents; otherwise, entry may be denied.
- • 【Traveling to Other Regions】
- • Guests must present valid travel documents and identification. The travel documents must be valid for more than six months from the return date of the tour. Any losses incurred due to invalid documents preventing entry or exit shall be borne by the guests themselves.
- • 【Visa Information】
- • If a visa is required for the destination, guests must bring a valid entry visa for departure. Otherwise, airlines have the right to deny boarding, and local immigration authorities may refuse entry. The company shall not be held responsible for the aforementioned circumstances.
- • All foreign passport holders (without a Hong Kong ID card) must bring a return ticket to their country of origin for departure; otherwise, airlines may refuse boarding for the return flight to Hong Kong.
Special Notes
- • Passengers must obtain a stamped receipt to be covered by the Travel Industry Compensation Fund. Please inquire with the counter staff for the stamp duty amount.
- • Seasonal activities listed in the itinerary (such as flower viewing, snow viewing, autumn foliage viewing, or bird watching, etc.) are subject to arrangements based on the prevailing environment, weather, and timing. In the event of unavoidable circumstances, viewing opportunities may not be available, and no refunds will be provided.
- • Changes to the itinerary sequence, meals, and accommodation are subject to the arrangements of the local reception, and no separate notice will be given.
- • For local entry quarantine information, please refer to the relevant requirements issued by the local government and make early preparations accordingly.
