Booking Notes

Registration Notes
  • • This product requires secondary confirmation. After successful payment, our company will process the order immediately. If the group cannot be formed, notification will be sent via email or phone call before departure.
  • • All guests joining this tour must hold valid comprehensive travel insurance; guests may purchase travel insurance through our agency or provide valid insurance proof 14 days before departure, otherwise our company reserves the right to deny departure.
  • • If the number of participants is odd, guests must pay the single room supplement. If guests are unwilling to pay the single room supplement, they automatically forfeit half a room, allowing three persons to share a room (primarily with two single beds).
  • • If the group size is less than 10 persons, there may be no Hong Kong tour leader accompanying the departure, and guests may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
  • • This tour does not include a tea gathering.
  • • For the above itinerary prices, please refer to the website or inquire with counter staff. Confirmed tour fees are based on the time of registration. Peak season surcharges will be notified separately.

Cancellation Policy
  • • No refunds or changes allowed after successful booking.
  • • If the tour is canceled for any reason before departure, guests will be notified according to the date specified by the Travel Industry Council. Guests may choose to change to another date or receive a full refund.
  • • Fuel surcharges, taxes, or other levied service fees are subject to the final announcement by the airline or relevant agencies on the ticket issuance date. Our company will refund any overcharged amount to guests or collect additional fees due to foreign exchange fluctuations, which must be paid before departure. Guests may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
  • • Our company reserves the right to take any reasonable action due to war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, adverse weather, technical issues with transportation, temporary changes to schedules or timetables by carriers, strikes and industrial actions, travel warnings issued by destination governments/WHO, red/black outbound travel alerts issued by the Hong Kong SAR government, and other circumstances beyond the industry's control that adversely affect travel. This includes but is not limited to canceling/shortening the itinerary, provided our company notifies guests in a timely manner, and our company will not bear any responsibility.
Document Requirements
  • • 【Traveling to Mainland China】
  • • Since entry into China requires holding a valid Hong Kong and Macau Resident Travel Permit to Mainland China (Home Return Permit) or a valid Chinese visa for foreign passport holders, guests must ensure the validity of their documents; otherwise, entry may be denied.
  • • 【Traveling to Other Regions】
  • • Guests must present valid travel documents and identity proof. Travel documents must be valid for more than six months from the team's return date. Any losses due to invalid documents preventing entry/exit are the guest's responsibility.
  • • 【Visa Information】
  • • If a visa is required for the destination, guests must bring a valid entry visa for departure; otherwise, airlines may refuse boarding, and local immigration may deny entry. Our company is not responsible for the aforementioned situations.
  • • All foreign passport holders (without Hong Kong ID card) must bring a return ticket to their country of origin for departure; otherwise, airlines may refuse boarding back to Hong Kong.
Special Notes
  • • Guests must obtain a stamped receipt to be eligible for the "Travel Industry Compensation Fund" protection. Please inquire with counter staff for the stamp duty amount.
  • • Seasonal items listed in the itinerary (e.g., flower viewing, snow viewing, maple viewing, or bird watching) are subject to environmental conditions, weather, and timing. If unavoidable circumstances prevent viewing, no refunds will be issued.
  • • Itinerary order, meals, and accommodations are subject to local arrangements and may change without prior notice.
